Working closely with the founder, this role combines marketing strategy, content creation, outreach, relationship-building, and digital communications to help more people discover Elemental and understand what makes our approach different. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, curious about our audiences, comfortable building community relationships, and excited to help grow organizations centered on creativity, wellness, education, and connection.

We’re looking for an experienced ceramic artist and thoughtful teacher to lead classes and workshops for teens and adults, from beginners through advanced students.
